2010-2013 "Luxury" package and "Premium" package differences...?

Can someone please point me to where I can find information on the differences between the "Luxury" package and the "Premium" package offered on the 2010-2103 CTS...?

The 2011 3.0 Luxury edition does not come standard with some of the options listed for the 2012.
