I have a 2009 sts 4.6 with rwd and 88,000 miles. I have noticed that when I’m slowly accelerating the transmission jerks but the motor doesn’t change at all. If I keep the motor over 2500 rpm when accelerating it doesn’t jerk as bad. When the car is starting and slowing down it also jerks. Even when it’s stopped. Once I’m at a set speed it doesn’t jerk at all. From what I’ve seen I think it might be the center support bearing but I’m not 100% sure. It jerks in neautral reverse and drive. I ordered a replacement bearing so it’s on the way now. I just wanted to see if that all sounds right for that part.
