Need suggestion on steering wheel heat inoperative. Fuse location? Not where indicated on passenger side block? Thanks

So according to the service manual it is a 7.5 amp fuse in the IP fuse block
584957

But the label in the service manual doesn't show it anywhere.
I would look for a 7.5 amp fuse.
I would also check the fuse 13 in the BCM

Have you searched in the BCM fuse block located under the passenger side toe panel under the carpet?
