The truck has roughly 109,xxx miles on it. The noise just started a couple weeks ago, while I am driving around town with the windows down I hear a constant screeching type high pitch noise(sounds like metal to metal) which sounds like its coming from the passenger side. When I brake it goes away, driving straight or turning the noise it there. I changed the brake pads because I thought it was that, no luck. I checked my center caps and they are all snug. Anyone else have/had this issue?

Might have to have an assistant pinpoint the end of the truck it's coming from as you slowly (& safely) drive past them. Can you replicate the noise if you jack a wheel up? Check the axle boots for tears and possibly the wheel hubs bearing assemblies for looseness. Im did have my rear pads squeak at rest and go away when brakes applied when they were worn down. Did you swap all brakes out or just one end?
