Question, your a dealer................. after my lease is up does cadillac offer to there customers the ability to lease the next cadillac with no down payment? Can the old down payment roll over since they are coming back to lease another vehicle?

I ordered a car from your dealership in early jun and still dont have a build date. I was told this was like the second order they did there. How can that be if others ordered in late july and their cars are being painted this week?
