Does anyone have the correct GM or Delco part numbers for 2007 with Z55 Premium Autoride Suspension and 22" wheels? Premium Autoride is the electronic controlled (valve turns in shock), but not the later Magnetic Fluid. The correct shock with 18" whels is 19300037 but I need the shocks for 22" wheels. Correct Monroe part number is (I think) 40049. Thanks for any assitance.

I just ordered and replaced my front and rear shocks a little while ago. Amazon has the best prices, I did a lot of research. I too have the Z55 shocks, here's what you want to order: ACDelco 580-434 GM Original Equipment Front Shock Absorber. 580-434 is the front part number. If your fronts are bad your rears may not be too far behind. Those are 580-450 in case you want to do those as well.

Rears took me 30-45 minutes to replace both, super easy. The fronts I took out the entire shock assembly and brought it to a dealer since I do not have a coil compressor and don't trust myself renting one from autozone. The dealer charged one hour of labor to swap out both shocks in the assembly. Then I put the assembly back in myself. Fronts were probably 2-3 hours for both, taking my time. I have a 1.5" lift on my front end so I had to loosen the upper ball joints to make room to remove the bolts holding my lower shock, spacer, and lower control arm together. You shouldn't have to do all that.

Good luck.

To be honest I haven't seen anything to indicate a difference between 18" and 22" wheels. A friend of mine is a GM Tech and he never said anything about that when I was asking him about changing mine out. If it makes you feel better I have 22" rims and haven't had a single issue since installing the shocks I told you to order. Rides like a cloud compared to when they went bad.

If you go on rockauto.com and look at the delco shocks, they have wheel listings by code for the certain shocks. The ones the guy listed here are on there, but there are variations for the esv and certain wheels. I dont know how much they are on amazon but after a 5% discount through rockauto it might be cheaper

I always use RockAuto and have studied their listings. The show different shocks for 18s vs. 22s for ESV and EXT but I can't find a number for Base Esc. with 22s and Z55 Premium AutoRide. RockAuto also uses so many different (codes) and there aren't that many different suspensions.

Did you ever find your answer to this question? I'm in the exact same situation, I need to find the P/N for the front shocks for an ESV RWD with Z55 and 22" wheels. And I specifically need the P/N for an ESV since I would imagine the struts are different than a non-ESV because the ESV has a longer wheelbase and is heavier, so it handles and rides differently. I'm sure the various P/N's are semi-interchangeable and will all "work", but I want the ones that were engineered specifically for my setup.
