My escalade shuts off when i slow down and wont start for several minutes, like its out of fuel.... please help before i go to the dealer. Thanks.

Try read codes from OBD port. any auto store should have it.

So, i took it to get read and no codes, even did the alternator test. Searching around i found that the crankshaft positioning sensor might be the issue here. I got one on hand to try it out, how do i change it and where its located. Thank you in advance.

Most likely crankshaft position sensor it's under the motor near the oil filter I believe there's two

changed both the Cam and Crank sensor, it does not shut off any more but now it stalls before starting.
