Hello everyone, I've been browsing this forum for the past couple of days and decided to register as a user. Anyhow, I went to a local dealership on monday and absolutely love the EXT. The price tag was 62,300~ and i was wondering how much people were actually getting them for. Although i feel 62 grand is a little steep, i was wondering how much i could have one for. (dealer incentives, discounts and such). Any help would be appreciated because i've searched but havent found much info on pricing.

I was also interested in leasing, but im not familiar with leases.
either way, i'd like to thank everyone in advance because i've found some useful information about these beasts!!

It's really pretty simple. Go online to some place like KBB.com or Edmunds.com, build the same car as you like on the lot or more specifically how you'd want it, and you'll get both the MSRP and invoice.

At this point of the year (if not always), paying invoice is typical, then subtract any rebates from that. Those can vary depending on your area, but also are pretty easy to look up. Either use the Edmunds link above (under "Incentives"), or just go directly to the GM site:

Looks like $3000 total cash or an option to have 0% for 36 months (I believe with a reduced or no rebate). This is, of course, for 2007's, which are no longer being built, and as the 2008's are starting to trickle into dealers right now.

I bought mine for invoice minus rebates, minus 1/2 holdback value. Holdback = 3% of the sticker price.

This was about a month ago, Stewart Cadillac in downtown Houston.

what are some prices OTD including Tax, Title, & license? I went to the dealer today and they quoted me $2500 off msrp and +$6500 for TTL. total around $67000~ for a 2007 EXT with nav, comfort, moonroof and 22"wheels. I was thinking more on the line of $57-58,000 (possible or could i go lower?)

just found out today that these EXT's are made in Mexico! Nothing against Mexico, but I just expected an American Cadillac should be made in America.
