2007 Escalade ESV - Front Turn Signal/Hazard lights not working

Had my 2007 Escalade repaired at a body shop this week. It had cosmetic damage to the front bumper cover and grill from being backed into at a stop sign (long story). I had been driving it for months with no issues with any lights, just had not had time to get it fixed. When I picked it up they had replaced the front bumper cover and the grill. I discovered that the front turn signals left or right would not work. Hazard lights either. Rear and mirror turn signals are working, just fast blink like a bulb is burn out. Body shop argued with me that it's not their fault and I would have to pay to have them diagnosed around $200. I said I would take it elsewhere. I figured they probably had hit the bulbs or not plugged something back in . Well Bulbs are good, every thing is plugged in/ I traced the wires back to the fuse box nothing appears cut or broken. There is no power at the socket, I checked with a volt meter. I have found no fuses blown. So I figured it must be the signal/hazard relay. I located one and picked it up part number fc563 from advance auto parts. It says it is an exact mach for my vehicle. I get home and start looking for the thing under the dash. I have yet to find it. Then I read that 2007 has a BCM and not relay. I am stumped at why the front signals will not work.

Any ideas?

I fixed it with the help of this link https://sparkys-answers.com/2016/07/2008-chevrolet-avalanche-right-front-turn-signal-inop.html

The key was the mirror blinkers were working, I was afraid the BCM was messed up somehow while the car was at the body shop. But it says if the mirrors are working then the computer was sending the correct signals to the front of the car. I started at the pig tails with a tester found that everything was working up to the pig tail. Turns out the body shop had somehow not plugged everything back together tightly enough for the blinkers to work.

The guy at the body shop knows nothing about electrical or mechanical. He thought the yellow sections on the head light covers would be blinking. LOL!
