I was cleaning my Cadillac Escalade 2007 engine and lift the hood, and remove the fender of the right front wheel (passenger), and for my surprise I found 2 connecters with cables cut, I do ignore when it's happens. I guess the dealer did It long ago and I never notice.
Please your help, I wish I can understand why they were cut and what is the original purpose.
I have attached a pic with red circles of each connector.
Any help will be most appreciated.

Several models and years of Cadillac sedans and SUVs had a recall/removal for faulty windshield washer fluid heaters. Perhaps that's your wiring change.

Search online to find out if your particular model and year was subject to the recall.
