2007 Escalade Chrome 22's leak air

Anyone had this issue? Any solutions to fixing this? It is driving me crazy.

My dad was having this issue with his 07. The dealer refused to replace the rims, but instead sent them out to be blasted and re-chromed. It kept happening and he got rid of the truck. That dealer no longer exists anymore.

Sending them out to be blasted and rechromed seems pretty good. Surprised it kept happening unless they didn't do a good job on it. I'm sure the dealer just moved to a different location.
