Unfortunately the color is scratched off. Dying it is the only option if you want to keep the leather. Replacement seat covers show up on eBay every once in awhile.

Probably a big bother to change it.

The hardest part is removing the heavy seat from the car. It's definitely doable if you have patience and take your time. I removed my lower leather seat cover with the seat in the car to install a new foam cushion.
