I'm new to this site and I have a question. I just bought a 2006 DTS in beautiful condition with only 58,000 miles. It has light cashmere interior and I need the fabric or material that's on the windshield pillar trim because the guy I bought it from was a smoker and he burned the pillar in a few spots. Does anyone know where I could get the light cashmere material that the pillar is wrapped with? I could even purchase the pillar as long as it's wrapped with the material I need. I've searched all over the internet and I'm not finding anything.

I think you can still get them new or take it to an upholstery shop they can recover it. When you pull the trim off you're probably going to have to buy new clips. They break easy on purpose so when the side roof airbag blows the pillar trim breaks away.

Good morning. Your 3 duplicate threads and posts have been merged into this one thread. No need to post multiple identical threads.

Fabric type? Visit a decent automotive upholstery shop. There should be a few in your old auto manufacturing area.

I've been searching the internet looking for fabric or a used A Pillar for my 2006 DTS. See photos. The interior color is light cashmere.
If anyone knows where to get a used pillar in LT Cashmere please let me know. I posted photos of my A Pillar close ups of fabric and
a photo of the fabric I need. The fabric specs. are PH2360 LT Cashmere Monaco (photo). A "BIG" thank you to anyone that can narrow
my search.

The only new ones I see are shale. That site says the part number for left pillar trim in cashmere is 15881848.
Have you tried https://cadillacheaven.com/?

What cleaning products have you tried, or is the fabric actually damaged?

Identical threads have been merged. Please do not start several threads for the same subject on the same car. Thanks.

It might lighten the marks if you shaved the charred fuzz off. Or snip a piece of excess fabric off the back of a trim piece and glue it on top. Finding a pastel or oil crayon to match anywhere close would probably require buying a big set of them. Know any artists with a good color sense?

It must be annoying to have those marks precisely where you can't miss them.

If I'd found one with that color scheme and low mileage in 2013, I might not have bought my light linen Platinum.
