boy - you sure don't make it easy to help you -
are we to assume the passenger side only delivers hot air - regardless of the temp selected?

if YES - the #2 - PASSENGER SIDE MIX DOOR ACTUATOR is probably faulty -
to verify this - check for DTC's - Diagnostic Trouble Codes -

if my suspicions are correct -
you will probably have a B0419 code or a B0423 code -

if YES - you need to replace the actuator -
located to the left of the glove box -
