2005 CTS rear end issue

Noticed the issue recently when accelerating there is a wobble and it gets worse with speed. Not as bad when just coasting. It seems to come with some type of screech from the back left wheel. Some speeds it stops other it gets worse. thinking maybe bearing or broken linkage somewhere. Lifted my car from the rear end today and put it in drives with the front wheels blocked and only the back right wheel spun freely the back left the one making the noise and wobbling couldn’t even be spun only moved when I applied the breaks and it would make the noise. It’s been snowing lately and sometimes when I lose traction one tire will slip and traction control will come on and it makes a rumbling sound from the rear end not sure if it’s related or not but that’s everything I can think of. Any suggestions help.

The wheel only moves when applying the brakes??? My first thought is that the brakes and/or wheel bearings are toast. Possibly also other stuff but I would start by checking these.
