Agree with Ryan. I'd check for excess play in the wheel, so grab at 12 and 6 o'clock and grab at 9 and 3 o'clock, and wiggle back and forth and see if there is any play. If not, I'd check to see if the caliper was seized by pulling the wheel and/or rotor.
If there is play in the wheel when you wiggle it, the wheel bearing is probably shot.
