if you replace both headlight housings with brand new ones (which you should as in their current condition they are a safety hazard) you _might_ find someone that will pay that price.

N* does NOT require premium gas and 3,000 mile oil changes are not good if Mobil1 (or correct GM rated oil) is not used.

Around here, expect $12G tops!

That price seems really high especially with those headlights. With that much condensation makes me think flood damage. And no actual pictures of the interior? Only stock photos? I purchased my 05 with the Northstar over a year ago, and shipped to my door paid a descent amount less than our asking price.

The car has a perfectly clean title, condensation is just a problem on this vehicle.

----------

The headlights are not a hazard, they function properly, the headlight washers work properly. I called GM when it first occurred, and they said it was a normal problem.

Also: This is a top-of-the-line, all features, V8, AWD, Magneride suspension, tint, leather, everything! The Blue book value is actually a bit over what I am asking.

----------

To all the people who don't know what a good deal is, here is the Kelley Blue Book on this car.
It is in excellent condition.

In all honesty, this seems to be an odd place to post the car for sale. Values must be higher in your area for this car. With as fogged as they are, I would think they are a hazard as well, severely diminishing the light output from the headlight. Similar to how a sun hazed head light would also diminish light output capacity. While it may be a problem, there is a fix for it. I've purchased many cars, and if I see something like this it makes me wonder what else may be wrong. Not saying there is something wrong, just providing my opinion as a consumer Also, this forum seems like an odd place to list the car for sale as most people that visit here are enthusiasts for the car and already have one. Best of luck with your sale, hopefully you sell it for what you are asking, that just means mine is worth more.

regards,
matt

Nothing else is wrong, the car is in excellent condition. The light functions properly, and also, it isn't too bad of a place to list this fine vehicle. By doing this, I can list the car for free in a website all about Cadillac enthusiasm. Somebody, somewhere, is a Cadillac enthusiast and actually wouldn't mind buying this great vehicle. Also, Headlights affect value less than when RWD vs. AWD, so I believe I still have more value in this beautiful car.
Thank you for your input as a consumer.

Granted that I am in total agreement with the others that have posted that the price is too high, it is irrelevent. What is relevent is that this post belongs in the classifieds section of the forum, and not here. I bought my 2005 STS 2 years ago for $13K and mine has the radar cruise control and heads up display yours is lacking.

Yes, but what is truly relevant, is that mine has a 4.6 liter V8, Performance Package, radar cruise control, and every other feature available.
According to all value indicators (Kelley Blue Book, Edmunds, ADA, etc.) this car is well under the book value.
Thank You for your input,

Merry Christmas.
