2004 Escalade steering extremely hard to steer while at idle and not moving.

2004 Cadillac Escalade Steering extremly hard to steer to the left or the right while at idle and not moving.
I have changed and put new power steering pump, new power steering hoses, new hydro boost, new steering gear,
and bleed the system, and having same problem Any help would be highly appreciated.
