Has anyone experience a problem where there computer in a 2004Sxr would occasionally sometimes wiped OUT some information. The times it happen it would remove the gallons used up and the trip mileage on trip A and trip B Hope to hear from someone soon

Yes but don't know how to fix that.

That's funny I was just thinking about that this morning. That'll happen to me about every 6 months or so. I have an aftermarket remote start and I dunno if that has anything to do with it, but when it happens my remote start needs to be reprogrammed as well.

I'm guessing this is caused by a momentarily lost ground probably somewhere in the IP wiring and it's not limited to '04 models.

I have it every other day - day trips A and B go to zero so I can't rely on those. Gas mileage stays though. Oh, driver 1 and 2 setting go bizzare every now and then too.
