2003 Leaking Trunk Lid?

Anyone have any insight to this? Noticed my 'stuff' is wet in the trunk and the carpet is wet...obviously after rain. It appears that the driver side is a little more moist.

I haven't had time to inspect more dilligently, but found a couple of threads for '05's and it is a bezel and the third brake light??

Would this be the same for an '03?
