Can the front-to-back front seat adjustment range be moved further back to provide more front seat leg room? I don't want to change the power seat
adjustment range, just the physical start point.

You would need to make a pair of offset seat rail mounts.

??? I'm 6' 2.5" with a 32" inseam and can barely reach the pedals in my Seville with the seat all the way back.

Now, Dad's older brother was 7' 3" - he had problems with many cars ..................
