I drive a 2003 Deville. I've had the car for about a year, and it never used to squeak. I had to replace the front motor mount when it split, and I removed the two bolts holding the subframe to get the motor mount out. Now the car squeaks all the time; braking, accelerating, little bumps, and it is driving me crazy. I installed the two bolts back, and torqued them to spec; so what could be causing the squeaking sounds?

Figured I would give an update here.

After loosening and torque-ing the two front subframe bolts; then going and buying new subframe bushings, (Dorman 924-044) neither of which solved the squeaking. (Front driver side was kinda busted and rusty on top, with a nearly stripped bolt).

I sprayed WD-40 Silicon Lubricant all over the subframe and side arm bushings, squeaking gone for now. Might need to get some white lithium grease or something, but apparently just needed a bit of lubricant.
