Started to notice oil in my radiator reservor. and now the entire reservor is filled with engine oil and my engine oil dip stick deos not measure any oil. can this be a head gasket problem or a blow head. car has only 89k. :(

You got it.....sounds like a bad head gasket. Probably broken gasket between an oil port and cooling port. A shop can do some pressure tests to verify this!

It could be your oil cooler, I had one to die and it dumped iol into the cooling system. it's located between the cylinder banks under the intake manifold.

Yes, it's usually the other way around but it is possible. I wasn't 100% sure about the cooler on our cars, so I didn't want to say anything about it. That is more likely the problem. Either way there are methods to test them. Testing them first will save a lot of money instead of guessing.

A 2003 has the oil cooler in the valley of the V6 (like the other Opel motors 2.6L and 3.0L)
in 2004 when the timing chain 3.6L engines were introduced the oil cooler was removed (or no longer needed... not sure exactly)

the 3.2L in the 2003s is prone to coolant leaks and oil leaks from the seals that are in the oil cooler setup
if the cooler itself is leaking that will skyrocket the parts cost of the job (but usually it's not)
although most of the cost is in the labor to get in there in the first place there's still between $100-$200 in parts without the oil cooler depending on how much you want to replace just because you're already there

in this case i'm not sure that the cooler is the cause of this though it could be
i'm leaning towards a headgasket problem caused by an overheat

is there really no coolant in the system and just oil in the coolant reservoir? (not oil and coolant mixed?)

Yes it was engine oil in my cooling system. I did my head gaskets, oil cooler, spark plugs, water pump, and new timing belt. Problem now is its misfiring from cylinder 2,4,6. I checked my timing belt but all marks line up so im going to be checking my ground cables to the coil packs.
