I have a 2003 CTS and the passenger side headlights are dimmer than the driver side. Can anyone tell me what could be wrong? Is there a sensor on the light itself?

More than likely just a loose connection to the headlight. My driver side was doing the same thing. Made sure the electrical connection was nice and tight, and it is fine now.

Hello all, I have a 2003 CTS that is experiencing the same issue.

My passenger side assembly was dimming intermittently. I went ahead and changed all assembly bulbs and after about 3 weeks, the issue started happening again.

The mechanic didn't mention anything about the lights being HID, so I assume my car does not have them although I'm not completely sure.

Does anyone have any suggestions on what the issue could be?

Greg5123,

The CTS lighting circuits bear no resemblance to your Devilles. The thread that you posted in has been dead for 2 years.

Post moved from CTS to Deville. Your thread title there is "2003 Deville headight problems".
