i need help these bent brackets look welded on are they any aftermarket brackets that i can buy,,,and what is the part number, and how can i install them weld or bolt on...

drill out the spot welds with a spot weld bit .... then line up the new piece, clamp it and spot weld it back on. invest in a good spot welder or else theres no point in fixing it.
Does anybody know were i can buy that part... What is it called....
