AFAIK, there's just one screw on your door panel holding it on.
The rest is just lifting it up, then pulling it away from the door.

All great info. The ONE screw, is it in the same place on an eldorado door? The Deville shows it behind the door handle trim.

 

If I remember correctly, the screw is behind the door handle (access by lifting the power window switch out). After that, LIFT the panel up; don't pull it.
