IPM 80429? and PCM 30300? In an 02 deville? I've never heard of those two. B0429, P0303 yes.

B0429, is going to be for the blend door actuator for the rear heater console. I can't figure out why every deville practically has that code.

P0303 is a cylinder number three misfire, which could be causing your rough running condition.

our on-board scanner can not display the specific cylinder misfire -
so the code is probably P0300 - not P0303 which would be a #3 cylinder misfire -

and the other code is probably B0429

it is customary to include the DEFINITIONS along with any codes you may have -

here is a link for future reference -
http://myweb.accessus.net/~090/dtcobd2.html

B0429 is a common Deville code -
"Temperature Control #3 Rear Circuit Range/Performance"
the #3 temp control is for the back seat - that code comes and goes -

the P0300 is a generic misfire code -
our on-board scanner falls short when it comes to this code - in that
it will not display the specific cylinder/cylinders that is/are misfiring -
even though it does record that information -

you can take your car to AutoZone or any big chain parts store
and they will read the codes for free -

P0301 is a misfire in cylinder #1 - P0302 is for cylinder #2 - P0303 is #3 - etc -

once you find out which cylinder is misfiring - we can offer more help in solving it -
