My 2001 STS has developed an interesting noise, I can best describe as a fast tick. The noise seems to come from the right side of the dashboard, and only occurs only during fast left turns.

I've never had the blower motor out on a seville, but from experience I'm guessing the blower fan wheel/blades have started to hit rub something on turns because something is shifting.

However, I'm just guessing. But if I'm right I'll bet this is a common problem. Hoping for ideas before I start disassembling anything.

Turn the entire HVAC system OFF. (You still get flow-through air at speed, but the blower is off.) Still get the tick ?? Something to do with the suspension/wheel.

I had the same noise in my 2002 sls and now the blower went completely out.
