This started with the driver's side blend door not working. The actuator was found to be bad and it was replaced. There is an additional problem. The CCU does not operate
the actuator as it should. The actuator can be moved with the Tech II tool hooked up but when the actuator is reconnected to the vehicle harness it won't move.

Does this sound like a bad climate control unit?

Is there a repair service that can check and repair them?

Is there a step-by-step procedure for removing the old unit? I have searched but was unable to find a detailed procedure.
