You need to know which Diagnostic Trouble Codes are toggling the service engine light. Here's how to display your codes on your Driver Information Center (pay attention to codes with a P prefix):

Expect to see a P0300 code which is not very helpful; you already know you have a misfire. There is a very recent thread in the Seville/Eldorado section that talks about carbon tracking and replacing the boots that connect the plug to the ignition coil assembly.
Look for an external leak (can be difficult to see because of road draft and evaporation removing the evidence). The water pump cartridge drive shaft seal is not an unusual failure.
