My locks, windows and mirrors don't work from the driver side. The heated seat lights up. The memory features don't work. The pass side controls work and the lock button on that side operates all the door locks so those circuits are operational.
To check that the controls are still connected can that panel be extracted upwards to remove from the installed door panel? It already lifts up a bit. Just don't want to break it trying the rest of the way.

Answer achieved by trial, but no error. Yes, it does. There is a spring clip at the front and rear that snap into place. My front one was already bent by someone so the front lifted out a bit until the rear could be maneuvered into lifting forward and upward to clear the door panel.

the PROPER solution would be to START by checking for DTC's - Diagnostic Trouble Codes -
if you don't know how - go here -

post any codes you have -
ALONG WITH THEIR DEFINITIONS -

include whether they are C-Current or H-History -

for code definitions - go here -

here is a how-to video -

----------------------

watch for codes under DDS = Driver Door Switch - or DDM = Driver Door Module -

two VERY common causes -
blown #5 - DDM - fuse under the back seat -

broken wire in the harness going from the pillar into the door -
CAREFULLY pull the black flex tube out of the door and inspect the wires -
it's usually a BLACK - ground - wire that is broken -

Interesting. Yes, this car has set lots of codes that sound like that. Current ones. Several.
I popped a used $15 panel in today and stuff started working. Driver side window starts sticking halfway down and halfway up too. I'm worried about that regulator letting go soon. The LR window is the only one not working now. Mirrors, locks operate.

EXIT worked too, but I wish I knew what it was going to do before pushing it. It messed everything around and was harder to get myself out of the car with a sore arm. Shoot.

A young girl hit me today while driving the wife's car back from getting the power window panel knocking me into the curb. So now I've got bent wheels, a bent control arm, bent fender, destroyed tires from driving it home like that and a sore arm from I don't know what.

Wasn't able to drive it but just started and ran it (the DTS) for a few moments. Everything said U1000 HISTORY at this point, then I cleared the codes for the next time I drive it.

I do have the B0409 code which is the #3 blend door, I suppose.

EXIT moves the seat - steering wheel - mirrors - etc -
to positions YOU select - it is part of the memory seat system -
and SIMPLE to set up -

press the #1 or #2 button on the door panel - depending on if you are Driver #1 or Driver #2 -

move the seat - steering wheel - etc into the positions you want when you EXIT the car -
press - and hold - the EXIT button for several seconds to program it -
