My 2000 DHS has a problem with the drivers seat belt where the belt don't retract its curling outward and i cant figure out how to fix it. I don't think its a safety problem but with my ocd with it is driving me nuts. I wanna know has anyone had this happen to them and is there any way i can fix it. Thanks for any help you can give me. Here is some pictures of it.

================================
moisten them with a little water -
and get out the iron - at a medium temperature -

if that doesn't do it -
time for a trip to the Man's Mall -
