2000 DHS Fuse box quession

today i opened my Fuse box in the engine, i saw it miss 2 fuses.
the fuses is
44 Air Pump A
45 Air Pump B

because this car i didn't buy it brand new, so they forget to plug it in or it designed like that.

My 2000 DHS is not for esport and it doesn't have AIR installed either, some did but many did not, became universal in 2001. Don't worry about it.
