my 2000 deville dts' rear passenger side window and lock are not working. funny thing is i can hear a click noise in the door like it wants to lock the doors, but it doesn't. same with the window. anyone else have this problem or know the fix?

My passenger rear window won't go down, just seems it doesn't get power??? And my driverside rear door won't open, but the window is fully operational! Its been killin me for a few months now! Now everytime I lock/unlock the doors with my keyless entry (aftermarket Viper 790SST) the driverside rear door makes a wierd motory soundin noise lol, I'm stumped! I can't even get the door open to remove the panel and inspect things.
