My window quit working so I tried to get the door panel off but it seems like there is a screw behind the door handle that I can't get to that is holding the door panel on.

How do I get to the screw ???

I have searched for the past hour and I can't find it.

Yup Ranger nails it, as always... if that's the "handle" you're talking about.

There are also two clips around the door arm rest assembly... once you pull release all the fastners around the edge of the door panel, slightly pull the edges of the door panel away from the door to clear the fastners and the two pastic bosses (otherwise you will break them) and lift upward - this will disengage the two clips behend the door arm rest assembly (they usually fall to the ground).

Make sure you also remove the manual door lock trim.

But, DO NOT try to put the panel back on in reverse. It will be like trying to push a wet noodle through a hole. Take those two clips that just fell to the floor and slide them back onto the door panel. Line them up and push them in. If you push them in and try to slide the door onto them, you'll be there forever and likely never succeed.
