2000 Catera 15K miles. The airflow coming out of the vents is low compaired to the sound of the blower. I replaced the outside air filter but the old one was not that dirty. Can the evaporator get clogged or is the system just designed with low airflow? From the sound of the blower, there should be more than adequate air coming out of the vents. The system seems to be on recirculate because it cannot cool the cabin enough to switch over to outside air.
