Before I spend all day at the dealership, I wanted to see if anyone had an idea on fixing these two issues found after I took my car in a couple weeks ago:

1. Audio levels/EQ levels reset everytime I change a radio station. I've tried saving to the 1 and 2 settings on the door multiple times to the EQ levels I want, but no luck once I change the radio station.

2. Navigation is showing me 20-30 miles off from where I really am
-Do I just re-install the nav software.

1. You have to save your EQ settings to EVERY preset (annoying). So set to the station you want, then set the EQ, then save that preset. Repeat 289563 times.

2. No idea.

I think the nav thing just requires a firmware update... Idk though.

Talk to heavy about the NAV problem. He's best when it comes to those problems. He'll tell you if you need a firmware update :thumbsup:

What's heavy's username? I just reinstalled the software and it still tells me I'm in Riverside when I'm really next to LAX! (40 miles away). How do I do a firmware update?

The nav issue sounds like the positioning is off. You can set that in the nav itself. Tell the nav EXACTLY where you are in the setup and save. See if that doesn't do it.
