My 99 STS is having major electrical issues. The ABS,Traction Control,Fog Light,Heated Seats, Blowers for a/c and heat, and functions on the rear view mirror will stop working all at once and then kick back on continuously while driving. Does anyone know what could be causing this??

Read the sticky thread in the Technical Tips forum titled "How to pull codes on '98-............" and read your DTC's (Diagnostic Trouble Codes). It's all built into the car already. No scanner needed.
Write them down, noting whether they're Current or History, and use the sticky to enter the link for OBD-II code meanings.

The current codes that I pulled are IPC U1255 and RSS C1738.
