my dash 3 info buttons don't work what is the problem??

Your best bet, being in Israel and having difficulty finding Cadillac shops and advice, is to try to subscribe the car to www.alldatadiy.com. That is the online GM service manuals plus a lot more. The chapters contain wiring diagrams as well as diagnostic sequences to find problems.
