Seems the title did not post correctly, I apologize:

1999 DeVille D'Elegance - Stored During Winter (6 Months)

Hi,

I stored my Cadillac DeVille during this past winter in my garage. Charged the battery and took her around the block today. Upon pulling in driveway, I noticed a little bit of smoke (or coolant or fluid burning off?) - Opened the hood - Appeared from the top right side of the Northstar engine cover. It looked mild, not pouring out, etc. Smell of coolant present a little bit. When the car was running and driving, Battery was @ 14.4V, Coolant temp around 196-199 and drove great, just this issue. Full tank of gas (nearly) present from pre-storage, oil was at about the ADD line, added some. Been told it may be just from fluids not moving, and drive it til I need a tank of gas, I don't know. She didn't do this before I stored her.

Any one experience this and/or opinions?

Thank you!

I see no visible leaks. Started her up after dusting and detail and saw this smoke/fluid burning NO MORE. Then, the battery discharged hours later after lettin' her sit out and admiring the black beauty after so many months without (lol) - Threw on charger for 15 min, started up, parked in garage and put charger back on (I originally took it off at 75% because it started, now will leave til 100%) - I drove around the block but that is it -- Waiting for license plate tabs in mail - They expired in Feb.

Should I be concerned about this? Watch it? If occurs again, take to my mechanic, is the plan. But if it doesn't occur again?

Thanks! And, thank you Ranger for correcting the title!
