1997 deville possible fusible link problem

hey all,

I have multiple fuses not getting power in the box under the hood and notice in the wiring diagram it shows fusible links for the fuses that are out.

My cig lighters,interior lights,blower moter and cooling fans are not working.

Where are the links located?

I don't know what schematics u got but to my knowledge Cadillacs don't use fusible links. Can u elaborate on what circuit is connected to this so-called "link". there is a 3A in-line fuse attached to the blower motor wiring of my 92 deville schematics, if that's what you are refering to.or maybe you mean the RELAYS?
