What happens when you attempt to start it? Dead silence? Clicking? Lights go very dim?
Have you put a DVM on the battery? What is the voltage, both static and while attempting to start?
Battery cables clean and tight?

not enough information -
STEP #1 - ALWAYS - check for DTC's - Diagnostic Trouble Codes - using the on-board scanner -

post any codes you have -
ALONG WITH THEIR DEFINITIONS -

for code definitions - go here -

include whether they are C-Current or H-History -

I get clicking,,, Used auxiliary battery jump start battery with 800amps lasted, about 35 mins.Cables are clean and tight, - lights go out At turning up the key,, Could the security kill switch in the Cadillac STS be kicking in ? And how do I check that

Sounds a lot like a dead cell in your battery.
Have you checked that battery voltage as I suggested in post #2?
You want to see static battery in the 12v range.
If when cranking it drops to the 9v range, you have a dead cell in the battery.
If you don't have a DVM, take the battery to a parts store and have them check it.
