d/c the battery
remove the pass side rad fan
you should be able to see it now on the bottom
jack car up
unbolt both axcess panels on the bottom of the car ones plastic and runs the length of the car the other is metal built into the frame and is made just to be able to remove the alt
remove 4 15mm bolts 2 in the front 2 in the back the 2 rear ones are VERY hard to get to
unplug the alt, and remove the cable via 13 mm bolt
remove out the bottom of the car

.....loosen the rear bracket (2 15mm holding it to the block) to help line the rear bolts up on installation.
