Based on other similar threads on the FWB with the HEI distributor system it's probably the Ignition Control Module in the distributor. Maybe the coil.

If you're not a dedicated gearhead with tools and a place to work I'd recommend a good local Mom & Pop shop diagnosis and maybe a tow.

The 94 would be an LT1.
That uses an optispark, not HEI distributor.

Unless your skilled at working on cars, understand auto dignostics, have the dignostic tools, and a repair manual don't do anything except have it towed to a respected auto repair shop.

The tow & dignostic charge may be cheaper that throwing parts at it.
If it involves a distributor or even a distributor cap it's about a day job to repair.
Spark plugs & wires not impossible, & are difficult & can take a few more hours.

There could be countless things wrong causing this condition.
The average new poster spends weeks & hundreds of dollars tring to figure out.
Except they only made their problems worse.
A skilled tech should have it figured out in a short time.

Right now you only have 1 problem. And maybe it also requires some maintence.
Start disconecting things, jumping, shorting, replacing and you may end up with many problems.
Which can get time consuming & costly to repair.

Want to continue to make your own repairs?
Do a search on endless posts going for weeks until they fall off.
Starting out in your same no start what do I do.
Their will be details what to check.

But in reality it's too much for the average new poster.
They want to be told replace this easy part and your problems will be solved.
It's not that easy.

That sure as hell can't be your real Avatar. Anyone your age must surely have learned GIGO. The summarily decrepit detail or background is evidentally indicating to EVERYONE you don't have much mechanical aptitude. And that is going to severely limit worthwhile recommendations if not really the case.

So seriously, do everyone ESPECIALLY YOURSELF a favor and volunteer at least 5 dozen more syllables of background to narrow things down to less than 30 possibilities. True, a genuine overnight "no spark" is usually a single failed item, but if you haven't personally removed a plug and been able to keep holding on while someone cranks then I call it just as possible it's more accurately "cranks but won't start". If so, then it could be some of the several common fuel-related conponent failures.

How many miles, and how long have you had the car?
When exactly did this happen?
Has anyone been doing any work under the hood in the last 30 days?
Is the waterpump leaking green stuff out of the tiny hole under the pulley?
Does it try to catch even for a second?
What happens when you undo the aircleaner lid and spray starting fluid into it while cranking?
Have you been re-charging the battery after each episode of trying to start?

Most of the electrical items mentioned that have proven most common culprits on our model are actually just periodic maint. items and could validly be replaced just on general principle.

If you can't honestly say you've already spent more than 2 hours searching here as mentioned, or even just pasting your entire post into google, then regretfully your only option will be the mom/pops garage. But dam that's pricey, and even good chance it'll be more $$$ than resale value before you ransom it back. I would NOT recommend taking to a chain though - they have little patience or retained mech. experience for such dinosaurs as ours.
