heys guys, i have a situation on my 92 fleetwood, when i'm turning on to a highway at speeds of about 30mph (entrance ramp) i lose engine power for a few seconds and have to wait as the car is going straight ahead (on the highway) then power will be restored. a interesting note is this only happens with 5 gallons or less in the fuel tank. this car has be in storage for 10 years and is in mint condtion with 70,000 miles, the fuel filter has been changed. thanks. mike

The tank baffles are shot. Fuel sloshes to one side and the pump sucks air and fuel starves. Replace the tank or keep it above 5 gallons.
