In regards to the F32 code when you said HARD code does that mean that since it went off that the PCM-BCM is a major issue right now?

What do you mean "it went off"? No longer displayed in the readout? Did you perform some type of action?
A 'hard' code means it has been the history and is not a intermitent(transitory) code
Data codes mean there is a communication problem between the units. Maybe something isn't connected properly/a high resistance connection, the data is outside of parameter specs or no data at all.
