I have a 1990 deville and believe that I have narrowed my problem to the security system or start relay. The car will crank and start when hot wired. I get power from the ignition switch but not to the neutral switch and the proper wires are hot in run and start mode on the ignition switch. Can anyone tell me where the start relay and key code module are located on this model. The resources I have are not detailed enough to show these items. Thanks, JT
