Nice looking car! With that low of miles you got a very good deal. You might want to run the onboard trouble code diagnostic to see if any codes show up. See the sticky post at the top of the 4.x engine section to interpret codes.
The anti-freeze being bright green isn't necessarily good. It may mean it's fresh, but it definitely means the GM sealer supplement hasn't been used. It should look like a fresh brewed cup of coffee when the sealer is present. This is the single most important thing you can do to insure a long life to any 4.x Cadillac engine.
Bose is probably a blown amp. It uses seperate amps for every speaker, and they aren't very durable. However the system itself is really nice (if a little dated), much better than a lot of the aftermarket stuff out there. In addition, the wiring on these cars is a bit complex, and I've heard a lot of horror stories about hooking up new sound systems followed closely by messed up dash lights or digital displays.
