When im driving it get's overheated all the time and you have to refill coolant. Any idea why this is happening?

Check to see if the radiator hoses are warm when the car is at operating temperature. If they are not you have a coolant flow problem caused by a stuck thermostat or clogged radiator or bad water pump. Check to see if the cooling fan is working properly.
Make sure the cap is holding the proper pressure.
Need more detail. Coolant leaks either externally or internally. Can you see leaks under the hood or on the ground? Does the oil on the dipstick look milky or lumpy? Does it only heat up when idling in traffic, or at highway speeds?
Do the cooling fans operate? Any trouble codes?

BTW - an '87 Sixty Special is pretty rare, and probably really rare in Sweden. Love to see some pics.
