The oval grommet to the right of the retainer is part number 563565, the round grommet is 563566.
The round grommet near A is 22503153.
You can spend the money for green ones if you want to but I see no difference between green or black grommets.

The insulator on shaft C toward the front of the car is 22501688. Doubtful you will find this.

There are 2 more grommets on the end of the rivets near the front of the car arrow but those are with the support part 1623985 which you probably won't find anywhere.

I put both (2) bushings on the equalizer shaft where it attaches to the steering column in my'84 and they made a big difference. I can give you the source for the NOS bushings if you want. Mine matched OE. Not necessary expensive .... I found them well worth the difference they made.

MrMzomB: I bought the bushings for $48 Dec 2017 from AntiqueCadillacParts.net. They are green color and they fit nicely; easy replacement (comparatively). I think I found the company on Ebay at the time. They don't currently show the '84 bushings on their web site; most of their stuff is for older caddy's. I recommend you phone them and ask. Otherwise, you might find the bushings on Ebay or in this Forum's classified.

PS: In the attachment find the fellow's phone number and email address. At the time he had some left.

$48 for two green bushings?

There are cheaper sellers on eBay with free shipping the last I looked.

Seller is making a profit from a box of them likely.
563565 $12.95 each, free shipping

My Cadillac is color blind. It wouldn't know the difference between green or black.

You could try asking a local transmission shop also. They may have a supplier.
